Shazzer & Grubby writes, How does the Electoral Commission know it’s not a Rubber Stamp? ...Khaiyum said so!
In all countries, except dictatorships, the electoral Commission is an independent body to ensure free and fair elections. But in a dictatorship it becomes just another tool to be used by the dictator to stay in power, says Shazzer. The Dictator without a party has had access to the useful soft copy of the electoral register. The registered political parties do not says Grubby. This is an example of the election not being FREE and FAIR! Shazzer also states that during a recent meeting with the Electoral Commission, the same request was made by the registered parties. Young (Chairman of the Electoral Commission and a tax cheat) said: “That has to be taken up - with the legislation that’s already set in place and my understanding from the legal people in the Solicitor General’s office – there is no specific provision that entitles them to a soft copy.” This is a load of rubbish! Being an independent entity the Electoral Commission should be using its own legal people and not the dictator’s people! Mr Young seems to have conveniently forgotten that he is a lawyer, a tax cheat but still a lawyer. It is also the reason why he was appointed to the Electoral Commission so that he could provide it with legal opinions!! Shazzer says that Young uses the words “there is no specific provision that entitles them to a soft copy” BUT MATE, there is also NO Specific provision that says they CAN NOT have a Soft Copy. Professor Wadan Narsey has an interesting take on the matter.
