C4.5 reports that, according to inside sources, the assistant police commissioner who called a junior officer 'a fucken Indian' is to be formally charged but it is unclear what Biu Matavou is to be charged with. C4.5's police moles say that Matavou is being charged despite efforts by acting police chief, Ravi Narayan, to protect him.
What is interesting is that the junior officer laid a complaint with the Central Police Station but it was ignored until a C4.5 story was published in September. The publication of the story led to Matavou being suspended, pending an investigation. So some bloggers have asked what was C4.5's objective as this was an internal matter for the police to deal with, as would be the case with any other department or organisation - whether under a dictatorship or not. C4.5's report states that critics have singled this case out as an example of the failure of Frank Bainimarama's so-called "New Fiji" where all citizens are supposedly equal. But what is more interesting is that the assistant police commissioner is being hung-out to dry for the sake of khaiyum's evil plans. While at the same time, worse crimes are ignored! Please note that Frank Bainimarama is guilty of calling Indians "fucken indian". He has done this so many times in text messages, emails and verbally to people's faces. So will khaiyum have Bainimarama formally charged? Yeah right! But Bainimarama is guilty of worse crimes. He committed treason, sedition, murder and corruption. These are just a few of his many crimes for which there is so much evidence to prove Bainimarama guilty. Khaiyum's is also guilty of treason and corruption and ordering people beaten up and threatened. Hence Bainimarama and Khaiyum's desperate need for immunity! These two criminals are running from the law and instruct others to do their dirty work of beating up and intimidating anyone who disagrees with them. Hence their double standards and forever changing standards to suit their needs. Frank Bainimarma and Khaiyum have never been about the people! -- in fact whenever Bainimarama says "We the People" he is really referring to "We the TWO People" (Bainimarama and Khaiyum).
