Fiji's Catholic Leader, Archbishop Chong, said although religious belief or faith was a personal matter, it also had a public nature, regardless of whether you are a Hindu, Muslim or a Christian. "When we have a claim to the truth, we want to put it in a public sphere so people can benefit from that truth we've found". That is the nature of faith and when God reveals himself, people are then sent to God to receive his revelation. Every religion has a truth to uphold and claim because we believe God reveals himself through our religious symbols. But here lies the threat to the BainiKaiyum dictatorship. Educated people, like the Archbishop and other religious leaders, will be explaining to the poor and less educated of our people the true meaning of their illegal BainiKaiyum constitution, decrees and lies. Especially how it will impact on them if the illegal BainiKaiyum dictatorship is elected into government. This will be a really worthwhile exercise to hear both sides - our people will hear the side of the illegal BainiKaiyum dictatorship and they will also get to hear another side of the story from their religious leaders, the people they trust. In the end the people will be best informed to vote.
